Can You Return an Item Once You ‘ve Bought It? According to Disney World’s policies, items bought through the Shop Disney Parks can be returned only if they still have all of their tags and are new and remain unopened.
Can you return items at Disney World?
All merchandise must be returned NEW, in original unopened packaging with all original tags attached except as noted in the Special Products and Exceptions section below. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase, or if the merchandise has been used or worn.

At shopDisney, we are working hard to bring the joy and magic of Disney products to you in your home. Due to current events, our delivery timeframe for most items is about two weeks. Personalized products and some specialty products shipped from locations other than our warehouse, may take longer.
