Do Disney water parks close in the winter?
Both of the Disney water parks, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, are open in the winter and the water is heated to a comfortable 81 degrees fahrenheit. In the winter the water parks alternate annual maintenance periods and one will be closed while the other remains open; usually from 10am – 5pm.
